You can place an order on our site by selecting the special Order Form in the "Contact" or simply write the order to the email@example.com indicating the articles of your choice, required quantity and your name/surname (or company name), country and email. Upon this enquiry you will be sent the best commercial offer indicating the price and terms of delivery.

All goods are shipped Internationally (worldwide) directly from Moscow, Russia.
In spite of the fact that our goods are made in different regions and cities, all the goods are examined before shipping and duly packed at our office in Moscow.
We can deliver our goods to all the countries worldwide using Russian Post (International Air Mail). The parcel will have a special tracking number, which you will be able to trace at https://www.pochta.ru/tracking
Approximately delivery to Europe countries is around 2 weeks, to the South and North America and Australia usually it takes about 3 weeks.
Shipping costs depend upon the weight of the parcel and they are calculated individually upon the order receipt.
If you need a fast delivery we can offer UPS express service, it will cost more than Russian Post but it will be much faster (from 5-to 10 days worldwide) and you will be able to trace the your parcel at
Upon arrival of the goods you can be requested by the customs to pay taxes if applicable. Please contact straightly to the customs for more information. The refusal to pay local taxes won’t be accepted as a legitimate reason to return the packet and to refund of your order.
All the goods are thoroughly examined before shipping. If you find some faults in goods that you received then you have to inform our company about it by e-mail providing photos of the damages and details within 3 days after the receipt confirmations. Your claim will be considered within 7 days.
Then you need to return received items by regular mail at your expenses. The items should be returned in new, unused condition, and returned in their original package.
After receiving the item back we can offer you the following ways:

- Exchange the item into a similar one. But we would like to inform you that some of our goods are unique and it is impossible to replace the exact one, but we can offer a similar item.
